The terms
of using EVORÍ.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of evoricollective.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by EVORÍ Collective LLC, registered at 2940 Blystone Lane, Dallas, Texas [ZIP], United States. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from us. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree that the information you give us — name, address, payment and contact details — is accurate and current. Incorrect details are the most common cause of delivery problems.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change over time. Taxes, duties, and shipping are applied as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate; where an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it before shipping.

The Protocol is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. A 50 ml bottle is a one-month supply, so the default cadence is monthly.

• You can pause, skip a shipment, change your cadence, or cancel at any time from your account.
• Changes take effect for the next unshipped order — please make them before your renewal date.
• We’ll send a reminder before each renewal ships.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn’t retroactively refund shipments already sent.

We don’t use retention traps. Cancelling takes no phone call and no explanation.

EVORÍ products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not medical devices, drugs, or treatments, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

We describe our technology and evidence carefully: clinical results are attributed to the institute that measured them, with sample size and period; delivery and material data describe the Air Spicule™ platform; and patents referenced belong to our manufacturing partner, on whose estate our platform is built. Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific outcome.

Always follow the usage guidance provided. Patch test if your skin is sensitive. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a skin condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, reselling our products without authorisation, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

If you submit content to us (a review, a message, a social post tagging us), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the brand. You confirm the content is yours to share and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

All content on this site — text, design, photography, graphics, diagrams, and the underlying code — along with the EVORÍ name, the infinity mark, and Air Spicule™ branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to our content; you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

We provide the site and its content on an “as is” basis and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, exclude implied warranties. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law grants you rights in your own country — which we don’t seek to remove.

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
