Your data,
handled plainly.
We collect the minimum we need to sell you a serum and support you well — and we don’t sell your personal information. This page explains exactly what we gather, why, how long we keep it, and the control you have.
Last updated · 22 July 2026The short version
We collect order and account details, basic site analytics, and anything you send us directly. We use it to fulfil orders, provide support, and improve the experience.
We do not sell your personal data. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing us.
Who we are.
This policy applies to evoricollective.com and any EVORÍ service that links to it. The data controller is EVORÍ Collective LLC, registered at 2940 Blystone Lane, Dallas, Texas [ZIP], United States. Throughout this policy, “EVORÍ,” “we,” and “us” refer to that entity.
If you have any question about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at support@evoricollective.com.
What we collect.
We collect three kinds of information, and no more than we need:
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), order history, subscription preferences, and the contents of any message you send our support team.
- Payment information. Card and payment details are collected and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring links, and similar analytics data gathered through cookies and comparable technologies.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for health or medical data. Please don’t send us medical details — for skin or health concerns, speak with a qualified professional.
Why we use it.
We process your information for these purposes only:
- To fulfil your order — processing payment, shipping, delivery updates, and managing your subscription.
- To support you — answering questions, resolving issues, and handling returns.
- To improve our products and site — understanding which pages are useful and where the experience falls short.
- To communicate — sending order confirmations, service notices, and (only with your consent) marketing or Journal emails.
- To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
What we never do.
We do not sell your personal information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and analytics providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. They are bound to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies and tracking.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand aggregate site usage. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional — you can control them through your browser settings or any cookie preference tool available on our site.
Disabling non-essential cookies won’t stop you from browsing or ordering; some conveniences may simply work less smoothly.
How long we keep it.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Account and subscription data is kept while your account is active. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive a portable copy of the data you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email support@evoricollective.com. We’ll verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
Residents of the State of Texas, United States and other regions may have additional statutory rights; we honour those where they apply.
Security and transfers.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we won’t claim otherwise; we do commit to acting quickly and transparently if a breach affects you.
Because our manufacturing and operations span multiple countries, your information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for the transfer.
Children’s privacy.
EVORÍ products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law changes. When we do, we’ll revise the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we’ll provide clearer notice — by email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about this policy?
We’d rather explain it plainly than have you guess. Email our team about privacy, your data, or a deletion request and a real person will reply within one business day.
