The EVORÍ Journal · Routines & Rituals

Precision isn't just the technology.
It's the ritual.

A delivery system this exact deserves a routine to match. Here's how to use EVORÍ correctly — how often, in what order, and what to expect — so the science actually reaches your skin. Five minutes a night. No appointment, no downtime.

§ 1

The five-minute clinic ritual.

A clinic microneedling session can cost hundreds of dollars and days of recovery. The point of Air Spicule™ is to fold a fraction of that benefit into a nightly habit — gradually, comfortably, on your own schedule.

The ritual is deliberately short. Precision delivery means you don't need a ten-step routine to force ingredients in — the rods do that work mechanically. What matters is doing a few things in the right order, on clean skin, and giving the actives a moment to travel before you seal them in. Everything below is built around that one idea.

§ 2

The core steps.

Your evening sequence, start to finish.

1
Cleanse, then dry. Remove makeup and sunscreen and pat skin fully dry. Air Spicule™ works best on a clean, dry surface — residual oils and water dilute contact and blunt delivery.
2
Apply the serum. Dispense a pea-sized amount and press it gently across the face — don't scrub. A light, even layer is all the rods need. You may feel a subtle tingle; that's delivery, not damage (more on that below).
3
Wait about five minutes. Let the micro-channels open and the actives begin to travel before you layer anything on top. This pause is the single most-skipped, most-important step.
4
Seal with moisturizer. Follow with your usual moisturizer to lock in hydration and support the barrier as it recovers overnight. Eye cream and night cream continue as normal.
5
Mornings: never skip SPF. On nights you use EVORÍ, be especially diligent with sunscreen the next day. Delivering renewal actives means protecting the fresh skin you're building.
§ 3

How to use the spicule serum.

The one product in your routine that behaves differently from a normal serum — so it deserves its own rules.

Frequency
2–3nights/wk
Start here. There's no need to use it daily — give skin a day to regenerate between applications. Increase gradually only as your skin acclimates.
Application
Press
Gently press a thin, even layer onto clean, dry skin. More product is not more results — a pea-sized amount covers the face.
Wait time
~5min
Leave it to work before layering. Then follow with moisturizer to seal.
What the sensation means

You may feel a light tingle or a mild “spicy” warmth for a moment. That is the micro-spicules doing their work — not irritation. Because the rods are engineered to stay above the nerve layer, there should be no true pain, no redness that lingers, and no downtime. If you ever feel actual stinging or see persistent redness, that's your signal to reduce frequency, not push through it. We'd rather you trust the product than endure it.

Sensitive skin

New to spicules or reactive-prone? Patch test on the inner arm or behind the ear first, and begin at two nights a week. The formula is vegan, fragrance-free, and built for sensitive-skin tolerance — but easing in is always the smart move.

§ 4

Morning vs. night.

EVORÍ is an evening ritual. Here's how the two halves of your day divide.

Using EVORÍ at night lets the barrier recover while you sleep and keeps freshly-delivered actives away from daytime UV.

§ 5

The layering logic.

When your delivery is engineered, your routine gets simpler — not more complicated.

— On layering

Conventional routines pile on “penetration-boosting” toners and essences to nudge actives past the barrier. With Air Spicule™, that work is already done mechanically — so you can retire the workarounds. Keep the night EVORÍ runs simple: clean skin, serum, wait, moisturizer. Let the technology carry the actives; let the rest of your shelf rest.

What not to stack on the same night

Avoid pairing EVORÍ with strong exfoliating acids (high-strength AHA/BHA) or separate high-dose retinoids on the same evening — compounding actives on freshly-delivered skin can tip comfort into irritation. Alternate them on different nights instead. EVORÍ already includes controlled bakuchiol and stabilized retinol, delivered precisely, so you're not missing renewal by keeping the night uncluttered.

§ 6

Building the ritual over time.

Skin renewal is a compounding investment. Here's a realistic arc rather than an overnight promise.

PhaseCadenceWhat's happening
Weeks 1–2 · Acclimate2 nights / weekSkin gets used to delivery. Note how the sensation settles — most people find it fades to barely-there.
Weeks 3–4 · Establish2–3 nights / weekThe habit sets. Early changes tend to be textural — smoother, more “bouncy,” better-hydrated skin.
Weeks 6+ · Compound3 nights / weekRenewal actives accumulate their effect. This is where consistency, not intensity, does the work.

Individual results and timing vary. The honest expectation: consistent, comfortable use produces gradual, real improvement — not a single dramatic week.

§ 7

Myths, retired.

“If it doesn't sting, is it even working?”
Sensation isn't the metric — delivery is. A light tingle confirms the rods are engaging, but effectiveness comes from actives reaching depth, which the platform is engineered to do without pain. Endurance is not evidence.
“More product, faster results?”
No. A thin, even layer gives the rods full contact; excess just sits on top and wastes serum. Precision beats volume here as everywhere.
“Should I use it every night to speed things up?”
Also no. Skin benefits from regeneration days between applications. Two to three nights a week, sustained, outperforms daily use that your skin never gets to recover from.
“I didn't see a change in a week, so it's not for me.”
Renewal compounds. The people who get the most from EVORÍ are the ones who treat it as a quiet, consistent habit over months — not a one-week test.
